If you’re not happy with the mineral which you have bought from my website, let me know as soon as possible, but within 12 days after after you recieved it. The day on which the shipment was delivered is decisive for the 12 days. Send me an mail to: info@grossmann-minerals.com and let me know, that you will send the mineral back to my physikal adress:

Please handle the mineral with care. Pack the item very carefully – in the same way like I have packed it – and pack it either in the box in which it was sent or in a box of the same size.
If I have received the mineral in the same condition as I sent it to you, you will receive a full refund to your account.
