How to order a specimen:
First of all:
All prices are including VAT but without shipping costs.
If you would like to place an order, just send an email to:

This email should contain the following informations:
- Short description of the specimen in which you are interested.
- the price of the specimen
- your shipping adress
- Any other questions you have
After getting your mail we will let you know how much we will charge you for shipping the specimen to your home or business adress.
The actual rates for shipping a specimen which is shown on our website will be:
Within Germany: 5 – 10 Euro
Within the European Union (incl. Switzerland but exl. United Kingdom): 15 Euro to 20 Euro
Shipment to the USA and the United Kingdom: 20 Euro to 35 Euro
Shipment to Japan, South Korea and the rest of the world: 30 Euro to 45 Euro
Payment:
We accept paypal or money transfer to our bank account. Just let us know what will be more convenient for you.

If you’re not happy with the specimen which you have bought from my website, let me know as soon as possible, but within 12 after after you recieved it. The day on which the shipment was delivered is decisive for the 12 days. Send me an mail to: info@grossmann-minerals.com and let me know, that you will send the mineral back to my physikal adress:

Please handle the specimen with care. Pack the item very carefully – in the same way like I have packed it – and pack it either in the box in which it was sent or in a box of the same size.
If I have received the mineral in the same condition as I sent it to you, you will receive a full refund to your account.
